The Role of Persons with Disabilities Professional Self$Determination for Further Professional Self-Fulfillment

The choice of profession and professional identity in the context of the whole life of personality are considered in the article. The urgency to strengthen the competitiveness of future professionals with disabilities equal opportunities with other citizens are substantiating. The importance of right choice of profession and professional identity development while studying at university for ensures a full life and a professional component life is given. The conditions of effective professional studying of students, which will increase the success of learning activities, learning motivation, self-identity are defined. These conditions include external and internal ones. External or environmental conditions are social and family traditions which are directed on personality, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the interaction with meaningful objects. That educational environment must be rich in information and the educational process should be directed to reproduce educational situations that imitate real professional activities. Internal conditions are inherent, these are personal inclinations, abilities, life position, system of attitudes, life and professional plans, goals, harassment, dedication. So learning environments should be rich in professional values, values of professional and personal growth during internalization which will be a kind of transformation of personal resources in training and future personal achievements.
