The article discusses the new technology of electronic educational resources creation for distance learning systems based on the use of cloud Internet services. Big role in modern education development, in particular inclusive education concept development, is played by information and communications technology technologies. Unconditional time demand is mass introduction of these technologies to institution education practice, which requires involving of large amount of teachers. Many of them are good experts in their subjects, but do not master ICT at required level and do not have any experience teaching online. Especially that can be said about teachers of advanced age.

Solution for this problem requires, from one side, increase of teachers’ qualification of using ICT, from the other side, usage of those ICT, that can not only be modern and effective (i.e. suitable for usage on the following technical devices: computers, tablets, smartphones, etc), but also as simple as possible in usage, both for mentioned teachers and for people with special demands.

Practice shows that most of learning materials, stored by our teachers, now exists in the form of Microsoft Office documents. Because of that the following problem occurs: how can one use these materials while creating electronic educational resources in the easiest and cheapest way?

The article describes that the best way to solve this problem is to use cloud Internet services, for example SkyDrive, Google Drive; their characteristics are given, including those which relate to their functionality, usage ease and comfort. Technologies of their usage are shown, together with Moodle education control system. The advantages of these technologies are: they allow usage of simple and cheap technical devices (netbooks, tablets, smartphones, etc); they allow to get rid of paid software; they save memory and reduce traffic to Moodle servers because files are stored in the cloud; remove duplication while using same documents in different courses; provide convenient methods of collective work with documents; simplify integration with other cloud services.
